Now you may be wondering what RSS is. It stands for Really Simple Sindication and is widely used on the web today to send automatic updates to users like you. The most popular uses of RSS are blogging and podcasting.

To subscribe to our podcast you will need a podcast reader. This can come in the form of a desktop application such as iTunes or a web based application such as Google Reader. Once you’ve decided on how you will view our podcast you can choose your link below:
